I led an employee event in the RJR Forum for Jenna Bush Hager's Read with Jenna book club, featuring author Chris Whitaker and his novel All of the Colors of the Dark. The event included a book signing, meet and greet, fireside chat, and virtual stream with breakout rooms. I coordinated with NBCUniversal on catering, florals, the Run of Show, production schedule, transportation, security, book distribution, and mic running during the Q&A, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
